My Approach
My approach to counselling is an inclusive, empowering, and embodied integration of therapeutic skills and insights to ignite individuals and couples to:
uncover your values
clarify and communicate your emotional needs
develop body-based awareness and practices to self-regulate
navigate moments of grief and acceptance
take committed action to live according to your values and your purpose
I embrace such theories and perspectives described as feminist, existential, person-centred, trauma-informed, social justice oriented, culturally responsive, gender-affirming, and queer- and trans-positive.
