My Approach

My approach to counselling is an inclusive, empowering, and embodied integration of therapeutic skills and insights to ignite individuals and couples to:

  • uncover your values

  • clarify and communicate your emotional needs

  • develop body-based awareness and practices to self-regulate

  • navigate moments of grief and acceptance

  • take committed action to live according to your values and your purpose

I embrace such theories and perspectives described as feminist, existential, person-centred, trauma-informed, social justice oriented, culturally responsive, gender-affirming, and queer- and trans-positive.
